Velvet Soft PopTM wakesurfs are designed in Newport Beach, California, and were selected from our most popular FlexPopTM and Phantom TechTM board models. All of our Soft Pops are made with a recycled EPS Core, full carbon fiber laminated bottom, bamboo veneer deck and a reinforced carbon fiber laminated stringer. We then vacuum wrap the deck and rails for traction and durability with a non-slip biodegradable EVA foam skin which makes them basically bomb proof, boat friendly and much safer for beginners/ intermediate surfers. Our unique construction includes hand finished and finely tuned performance Lightning RailsTM, making them the most unique, high performance, user friendly and durable wake surf construction.

Our Flex Pop™️ construction process was thoughtfully and strategically designed, planned and tested over and over till we landed on the most high performance, entry level price point wakesurf board on the market. Flex Pop™️ uses a polyurethane foam core with a high density foam stringer for lightweight ridged performance. The high density foam stringer allows a subtle flex to the board, acting as a spring for explosive pop. We then encapsulate the entire board in an extremely impact and buckle resistant double bias fiberglass cloth, and to add further strength and to dampen chatter caused by bumpy conditions, we added a layer of 2oz. woven fiberglass to the deck.
